Principal's Medal nomination form and how to submit your nomination How to nominate Before you start the form, ensure you have reviewed the award criteria Nominations guidance and criteria Information needed for the online form You will need to be able to log in with EASE, and have the following information to hand:To nominate a:staff member - their email address, job title, and School/department of the nominee.student - their email address, matric number/degree programme.Team - the Team’s name, Team Leader’s name, their School/Department, and a list of the who is in the Team.For all nominations you will also need:a summary of the key points of your nomination (up to 100 words).a nomination statement (up to 700 words) describing how the nominee(s) has/have delivered exceptional service or made a real difference to the community they’ve worked with or lived in, which stands out as an example to others. There is the option to attach a Word or PDF document for this section rather than type it into the form.There is an option to save the form after you submit and it will be editable up until the deadline of 5pm on Friday 15 August 2025.
