Professor Kim Graham

Kim Graham holds a Personal Chair of Translational Cognitive Neuroscience and is the Provost.

Areas of Responsibility as Provost

 

  • Acts as the University’s Chief Academic Officer.
  • Oversees delivery of the University’s strategy, planning and budget-setting, academic staff development, and promotion of a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Responsible for the development of strong external relationships, including successful delivery of the Data Driven Innovation portfolio within the Edinburgh and South-East Scotland City Region Deal.
  • Reports directly to the Vice-Chancellor & Principal of the University and deputises when they are not available.
  • Outside the University, Kim is a member of the UKRI MRC Council, sits on the Campaign for Science and Engineering Board and is a Board member of Smart Data Foundry.
